Hisham Go, Brother Of Rowden And Hasset Suffers From Liver Cancer As Well Like His Brothers!

On its April 23, 2017 episode, GMA7’s Kapuso Mo Jessica Sojo featured the story of the youngest sibling of Rowden and Hasset Go who both died because of liver cancer at the same age of 29. 

Hisham Go or better known as “Moi” has been diagnosed of stage 1 liver cancer. He is currently working in a financial firm and living a happy life with his remaining family and with his girlfriend, Charlene, who is very strict on his diet and medication.

Hisham’s eldest brother, Rowden, died on June 2014, just 10 hours after his dream wedding. His story was featured in ABS-CBN’s Maala-ala Mo Kaya (MMK) after a video of it had gone viral in social media.

The second to the eldest, Hasset, was a chef and failed his fight against liver cancer, too, on October 2015. He was remembered for being an inspirational chef who also shared his knowledge to the baking and pastry students of the Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro.

Now, his family is seeking help as they will be needing funds for Hisham’s full treatment. They are aiming for a liver transplant in a hospital in Guangzhou, China that specializes in cancer. They will be needing around P5M for the operation to push through.

Despite being diagnosed of the illness and despite knowing what the possible outcome of his condition will be, Hisham remains faithful to God and considered this test as a positive way of testifying God’s grace. His faith is remaining steadfast and he is praying for full treatment from the Lord.
